This one.....I.......
1) I have an extreme fear of offending people are making them feel bad....even if I hate that person. (Respect is one thing that is paramount in my code of living.....as Jedi-drama as it sounds!
)2) I will denounce and condemn any man who disrespectfully stares at women.....but can't help but stare myself sometimes. To that end I am actually the sin I hate. (you know....a hypocrite!
)3) I used to be very cavalier about life....until I saw the lives of actual people I knew end right in front of me.....now I feel guilty if I even step on an insect. So I am often called a "softy" (you know...a wuss!
) because of it. AND I AM!!!!! 4) Despite the above, I am a red meat eater and love beef, steak, hamburger and anything else that a cow was!
(Remember....hypocrite!) I will say that I do give thanks to the animals that feed me as is dictated by the rituals of my religion (Buddhist), so I hope that earns me a slight reprieve.5) While I am a pacifist, I have a fascination with weaponry (hypocrite) of all eras, ages and countries. I never want to see people killed, yet I am fascinated by the tools that do the killing! (hypocrite) And as much as I hate firearms and support the gun control laws, I have a fascination with firearms. (hypocrite!)
6) Most of the artwork that I post now a days are based on dreams or fanciful thoughts I have.....WHILE DRUNK!!!!!!
Get a shot into me and the imagination just flows!!!!! 
(Hey if it worked for Luis Carol......)7) If given a choice between a big party or a quite gathering....I would take the quite gathering. I like serenity and peace in my get togethers because then you can really enjoy the company of those around you and make the memories you will cherish from that point on.
8) It may be a mistake but I wear my heart on my sleeve. I know it's a bad idea, but at least I am being genuine with people. I hate people who are dishonest about their feelings and never show you what they really think or feel.

Yeah, I can't find myself being a full vegetarian, even not eating diary products. Meanwhile, I watch old footage from Faces of Death of a slaughter house and a poultry farm to remind me of that unseen process of how I'm getting my food I take for granted. I'm a registered gun owner, I know my responsibilities and my right, but I hate the political side of it. I don't need any ill-profiting gun lobby group to tell me or more precise SCARE me to think my right will be taken away.
Thank you very much for sharing this and, like you expressed, being genuine about your feelings. I like that about Jedi and your Yoda-esque explanation.

I do own air guns, but the only lethal weapons I own are swords. My main weapon being a Katana. I never registered as a private gun owner, and have no reason to own one yet. Right now, if I can't defend myself or my home with a sword, then I probably can't do it with a firearm either. I did qualify sharpshooter in the National Guard on the standard M-16 though, but then I never would need those skills now in the civilian world.
I am so glad that you're posting again,I really have missed your art and insights here and I hope that you are doing well Jodi.

You seem to be a wonderful person, and I'd worship you if you were a God >3<.
And don't think of everything you do as hypocritical (although I can relate).
As for the staring at women, thank you for being such a gentlemen, I know it's hard, but sometimes it's the woman's fault (they are hypocrites too). They want to be treated as equals and not looked upon as sex toys or something to gawk at, yet some dress half naked during the day =/. Or wear clothes EXTREMELY tight, they might as well not wear anything =/. And they make it hard for the women who are actually modest and have decency >(. Gah sorry, semi-rant >,<

You are a wonderful person too Bya-chan, I just wish we were able to talk in real life. But there in lies yet another one of my contradictions: I KNOW real life friends are important, but the only ones I have are online......I have very few friends in the real world.
